Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for end-to-end ownership of a defined product, platform, service, or business process within RNTBCI. The individual in this role oversees planning, execution, and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with alliance strategy, customer needs, and operational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting objectives, prioritizing initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking performance metrics, and managing risks and dependencies.

The Owner engages regularly with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress,



and make data-driven decisions on scope, timelines, and resources. This role also involves mentoring team members, promoting best practices, and driving innovation to enhance efficiency, quality, and value delivered to internal and external customers.

Qualifications

- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of products, platforms, or processes, including planning, execution, and lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional and international teams.
- Experience in project or program management, with capability to prioritize work, manage timelines, and monitor performance metrics.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort with data-driven decision-making and root-cause analysis.
- Understanding of automotive, engineering, technology, or business operations domains (experience in global organizations is an advantage).
- Ability to lead without formal authority, coach team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools; familiarity with agile or lean methodologies is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
