Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle NetSuite Project Manager to lead ERP implementation, transformation and optimisation projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-toend project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, engaging with stakeholders and ensuring successful execution of NetSuite solutions in line with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and delivery plans.
- Manage project teams comprising functional consultants, technical consultants and business stakeholders.
- Drive requirement gathering, business process analysis and solution implementation.
- Oversee NetSuite configuration, customisation, integrations and deployment activities.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risks and delivery dependencies.
- Coordinate with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and quality standards.
- Manage testing, user acceptance testing (UAT),



deployment and post-implementation support.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. • Ensure effective change management, documentation and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in ERP project management, preferably with strong Oracle NetSuite exposure.
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Robust understanding of NetSuite ERP modules, business processes and implementation methodologies.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
- Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Expertise

- Oracle NetSuite implementation and SuiteCloud ecosystem exposure. • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of financial management, procurement, inventory and order management processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification would be an advantage.
