Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of core expertise in implementing, upgrading, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) financial applications. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical development teams. You will lead requirement-gathering sessions, drive end-to-end solution design, configure complex financial modules, and ensure seamless delivery aligned with international accounting standards. Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture &
- Configuration: Lead the analysis, functional design, application configuration, and system testing for Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules.

- Module Expertise: Demonstrate deep operational knowledge in configuring and managing General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and E-Business Tax (EB-Tax).

- Business Process Mapping: Conduct detailed Conference Room Pilots (CRP), map As-Is processes to To-Be optimized states, perform gap analyses, and propose best-practice workarounds.

- Documentation &

- Delivery: Author standard Oracle AIM / OUM documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (MD50/FRD), Setup Documents (BR100), and comprehensive system test scripts.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical requirements for RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Customizations,



Extensions, Workflows) elements.

- Financial Operations Support: Support global business users through critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processing, resolving data validation errors and ledger reconciliations.

- Production Support &

- Escalation: Troubleshoot complex production defects, manage high-priority incidents under strict SLA windows, and log/track Service Requests (SRs) directly with Oracle Support. Required

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant dedicated to Oracle EBS Financials, including participation in at least 2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations or major R12 upgrades.

- Domain Knowledge: Solid foundational grounding in global corporate finance processes, covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) accounting flows, intercompany accounting (AGIS), and multi-currency consolidations.

- Technical Familiarity: Solid understanding of basic SQL and PL/SQL queries to perform data analysis, debug backend issues, and validate data migration packages.

Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing consulting posture with the ability to communicate financial logic clearly to non-technical business leaders and technical engineering teams alike.
