- Role: Oracle L3 Support Engineer
- Strong expertise in Oracle Database Administration (11g/12c/19c)
- Experience in database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and migrations
- Hands-on experience in performance tuning, backup and recovery (RMAN), and troubleshooting critical production issues
- Knowledge of High Availability solutions such as RAC, Data Guard, and ASM
- Experience in incident management, root cause analysis, and handling Sev1/Sev2 issues
- Positive understanding of Linux/Unix environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to provide production support and participate in on-call rotations
