We are hiring contract Manager for the following JD.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and administer EPC, DBOT, BOOT and LSTK contracts independently.
- Draft and review contractual correspondence, notices and other contract-related communications.
- Prepare appropriate responses to notices and communications received from Employers/Clients.
- Interpret and administer FIDIC Forms of Contract and ensure compliance with contractual provisions.
- Perform delay analysis based on project schedules, records, correspondence and supporting documentation.
- Prepare, substantiate and submit Extension of Time (EOT) applications.
- Prepare and manage prolongation / loss and expense claims.
- Prepare and submit variation claims and Change Order Requests.
- Monitor contractual obligations and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify contractual risks and initiate appropriate actions to protect the company's contractual and commercial interests.
- Coordinate with Project,



Planning, Commercial, Finance and other relevant teams for effective contract administration.
- Initiate and follow up on the release of Bank Guarantees (BGs) and Retention Money upon fulfilment of contractual requirements.
- Support the resolution of contractual disputes and claims; experience in arbitration will be an added advantage.
- Ensure all contractual records, notices, claims and supporting documents are properly maintained.
- Drive the successful closure of contracts, including settlement of outstanding claims, obligations and contractual requirements.
