Role Description The Ops QRT & Inventory Excellence Lead is a full-time, on-site role for Dark Stores operations based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across quick response teams (QRT) and inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock visibility, timely replenishment, and adherence to service-level commitments. The individual will oversee daily inventory health reviews, coordinate with ground operations and sales teams to resolve discrepancies, and implement best practices for loss prevention and process efficiency.

The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, leading root-cause analysis for operational issues, and executing improvement projects that enhance fulfillment accuracy and turnaround times.



The Ops QRT & Inventory Excellence Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, prepare regular performance reports, and support strategic initiatives that strengthen Shadowfax’s logistics capabilities in the Mumbai region. Individual will lead a small team of off-roll executives who will support ground ops team to maintain operations excellence.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, KPI tracking, and problem-solving for operational and inventory challenges.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present insights, and align stakeholders on process improvements.
- Experience in sales coordination or stakeholder management to support commercial objectives while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Proven operations management skills, including process optimization, resource planning, and execution in a fast-paced logistics or supply chain workplace.
- Project management capabilities to lead improvement initiatives, manage timelines, and ensure successful implementation of operational changes.
- Preferred background in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce operations; experience in inventory management or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in operations or project management are a plus.
- Comfort working with dashboards and tools such as Excel, BI platforms, or ERP/WMS systems; familiarity with data visualization is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to dynamic business needs, and maintain a high level of integrity and accountability
