Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager / Operations Team Lead to oversee daily business operations, manage teams, coordinate across departments and ensure smooth execution of organisational activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to monitor operational performance and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operational activities.
- Lead, guide and monitor the performance of the operations team.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, Administration and Project teams.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks, assignments and operational activities.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor team productivity, performance and operational targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
- Track operational expenses, resource utilisation and process efficiency.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct regular team meetings and review progress.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Report operational progress,



challenges and performance updates to senior management.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field.
- MBA in Operations or Project Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

- 4–5 years of experience in Operations Management, Team Management or Business Operations.
- Experience in the construction, infrastructure or project-based industry will be preferred.
- Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and operational processes is desirable.

- Knowledge of MIS reporting and performance tracking.
