ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as an Operations Manager in Gurugram, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 60 days. You will lead end-to-end operations, ensuring service delivery, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction. Your role involves managing multiple operational teams and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage multiple operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
2. Develop and implement operational strategies to meet business objectives.
3. Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure compliance and performance standards.
4. Oversee staffing and resource planning to optimize team productivity.
5. Conduct regular client performance reviews to maintain high satisfaction levels.
