Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to manage and streamline the company's day-to-day business operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with external business parties, managing internal departments, planning daily activities, monitoring pending tasks and ensuring smooth execution of business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day business and operational activities.
- Coordinate with external parties, including suppliers, transporters, customers and other business associates.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Purchase, Accounts, Logistics and other departments.
- Prepare daily operational plans and allocate tasks according to priorities.
- Monitor pending work, follow up with concerned employees and ensure timely completion.
- Track business commitments, deliveries, transportation and operational activities.




- Coordinate with management regarding daily updates, operational issues and work progress.
- Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain daily reports, task trackers and operational records.
- Ensure proper communication and timely execution of instructions across departments.
- Handle urgent operational issues and resolve coordination-related challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (B.A./B.Com./BBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, supply chain or trading.
- Good knowledge of transportation, logistics and business coordination.
- Solid command of MS Excel and reporting.
- Excellent communication, follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle work pressure.
- Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to take ownership and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
