Role Description The Operations Manager role at PopcornStay is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division.

The Operations

Manager will oversee day-to-day property operations, including coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring units are fully furnished and guest-ready, and monitoring service quality across managed homes and serviced apartments. This role will manage vendor relationships, supervise local staff, optimize occupancy and revenue, and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistent hospitality standards.

The Operations

Manager will track performance metrics, handle escalated resident issues, coordinate move-ins and move-outs,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, technology usage, and overall resident experience.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and process management skills, including experience setting and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Proficiency in team leadership, staff supervision, and vendor management in a hospitality or real estate environment.
- Ability to manage day-to-day property operations such as housekeeping, maintenance coordination, and inventory control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data or dashboards to track performance and drive improvements.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, internal teams, and external partners.
- Comfort with technology platforms and property management systems; willingness to learn new tools quickly.
- Prior experience in hospitality management, serviced apartments, co-living spaces, or residential property management is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage multiple properties, and travel locally as needed.
