Everest Base Camp is looking for an experienced and dynamic operations manager to lead our day-to-day resort operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our luxury glamping retreat in Mussoorie.

We are seeking a hands-on hospitality professional with robust leadership skills, operational expertise and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily resort operations, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments.
- Manage and supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Guest Relations teams.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality and hospitality.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints and operational escalations efficiently.
- Monitor operational costs, inventory, staffing and departmental budgets.
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and service consistency.
- Coordinate with management on occupancy, revenue performance and operational planning.
- Lead, train and motivate team members to maintain a culture of accountability and excellence.




- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and property maintenance standards.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hotel or resort operations.
- A real hands-on manager.
- Previous experience in a managerial role within luxury hotels, boutique resorts or hospitality properties.
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Sound understanding of hospitality operations, guest handling and cost control.
- Ability to manage operations independently in a resort environment.
