Reachyou.in is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager to manage daily business operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, team management, communication, and organisational skills, along with a good understanding of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the daily operations of the digital marketing agency.

- Coordinate with different teams, including designers, video editors, content creators, SEO experts, and social media executives.

- Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks and project deadlines.

- Ensure timely delivery of client projects and maintain work quality.

- Manage client communication and coordinate project requirements.

- Track team performance, productivity, and project progress.

- Conduct team meetings and provide regular work updates.

- Handle operational challenges and ensure smooth workflow.

- Coordinate with management on business goals and operational improvements.

- Maintain proper reporting, documentation,



and workflow management.

Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar managerial role.

- Good understanding of digital marketing and advertising agency operations.

- Robust leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Knowledge of project management tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.

- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and work under pressure.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with previous experience in a digital marketing agency.

- Experience managing creative and marketing teams.

- Strong organisational and decision-making skills.

- Candidates based in Thrissur are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
