Experience: 6 Months – 3 Years (Freshers are welcome)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline)

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Operations Associate who can connect with prospective campaign creators, understand their requirements, explain the platform's services, and help convert leads into successful fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls.
- Pitch ImpactGuru's platform and convert warm leads into active fundraisers.
- Understand customer requirements and handle queries empathetically.
- Assist families with campaign onboarding and document verification.
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly campaign creation goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.




- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good customer-handling and objection-handling abilities.
- Robust listening skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and phone-based sales.
