Role Summary

Manage end-to-end Direct Selling Agent (DSA) payout processing, vendor communication, invoice reconciliation, and channel onboarding while ensuring accurate Excel calculations and timely payment disbursement through internal Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate monthly payout statements for DSAs using advanced Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables) based on disbursal reports.
- Coordinate the onboarding lifecycle for recent DSAs, including document collection, agreement verification, and background checks.
- Follow up regularly with channel partners and DSAs to obtain timely GST-compliant invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate directly with the internal AP/Finance team to resolve query holds and ensure smooth payout release within agreed SLAs.




- Maintain complete payout trackers, invoice histories, and audit logs for all channel disbursements.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1-3 years in loan channel operations, DSA payout working, or vendor management in BFSI/NBFCs.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (complex formulas, data matching, and reporting).
