Type: Full-time, on campus, 6 days a week byteXL works with engineering colleges to make students industry-ready through our own learning platform and a network of over 3,000 trained educators. We already work with 40 institutions and more than 2 lakh students. We just raised $9M in Series B funding, led by Elevar Equity with Kalaari Capital and the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, and over the next two years we plan to grow to 120 institutions and 5 lakh students across 15 states.

Our operations team is what makes this work on the ground, inside the college, every day.

This role is for you if you:

- Believe a college can be where careers get built, not just where classes happen
- Care more about fixing real problems on the ground than chasing numbers that look valuable on a slide
- Like working with people and can earn the trust of students, educators and college leadership alike
- Don't mind rolling up your sleeves, walking into a classroom, talking to students and fixing things on the spot

What you'll be doing

You'll be byteXL's person on campus. You're there every working day and you're the one the college calls when something needs to get done. Your work comes down to five things.

1. Classroom delivery. Classes happen as per the plan, on time, every day. If something slips, you catch it first and fix it.
2. Educators. You keep track of educator attendance, platform usage and course completion, sit in on classes and give honest feedback that helps them get better.
3. College stakeholders. You work closely with Deans,



HODs and TPOs on timetables, assessments and reports, run governance reviews, and handle the hard conversations with data and patience.
4. Billing and invoicing. You track what we've delivered, raise invoices to the college on time and process trainer invoices.
5. Students. You push students to actually use the platform, look at their performance to spot gaps, work with our central teams to close them, and support placement readiness. You'll also run hackathons, coding challenges and industry events on campus.

As an Associate, you work on the same things and grow into owning them.

What we're looking for

- BE/BTech, or an MBA with any graduation
- Experience in operations, project management or account management. Edtech experience is a big plus.
- Very good spoken and written English. You'll be in front of Deans and HODs every day, and how you communicate is how they see byteXL.
- Comfortable with Excel and email, and able to look at numbers and tell what's going on
- Open to moving to another byteXL campus if the need comes up
- Able to join within 15 to 30 days

- It's a six-day week and you'll be on campus full-time, usually 9 to 5. Being on time every day matters a lot in this role.
- We're a fast-growing startup and things move quickly, so expect a lot of hustle, especially in the first few months.
