Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement in plant operations, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Develop and implement lean Six Sigma projects to optimize production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement time studies, work measurements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze data from various sources to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), TQM (Total Quality Management).
Job Requirements :
- 4-6 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
- Solid understanding of lean Six Sigma principles, time study methods, work measurement techniques, documentations standards (e.g., ISO).
- Experience with internal auditing processes;
certification in Internal Auditor would be an asset.
