Mandatory Skills:

- Valuable knowledge on Openshift cluster Installation, Configuration, upgradation & administration
- Required to articulate standard methodologies for during implementation
- Depth knowledge of RHEL operating system, designing, troubleshooting and storage implementation
- Knowledge on Openshift platform and Linux internal Integrations
- Experience in risk based systems running on enterprise container platforms, kubctl, ansible automation
- Knowledge and expertise of Openshift clustering, PODs management
- LVM -- Configuration, Creation, Deletion, extension
- User Management, Performance Monitoring
- Experience in vmware and azure cloud platforms
- Demonstrated Experience in handling day-to-day UNIX-LINUX operating system installation, migration and break-fix support
- Knowledge of SAN S/W and storage administration and integration with operating systems
- Candidate should be preferably RedHat or Equivalent Linux and container certification

Secondary Skills:

- Demonstrated customer facing support experience
- Determine technical needs such as hardware software scalability and security requirements
- Awareness understanding of the ITIL process
