- Monitor and manage the organisation's online reputation across various digital platforms
- Handle customer queries, complaints and feedback received through social media and other online channels
- Respond to online reviews, comments, messages and customer interactions professionally
- Manage customer follow-ups and ensure timely resolution of concerns
- Monitor brand mentions, online reviews and social media activities to maintain a positive brand image
- Identify recurring customer concerns and provide effective solutions through critical thinking and problem-solving

Salary – ₹27,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability).
