Job Title: Nursing Assistant – OT (Operation Theatre)

:

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Nursing Assistant to support the Operation Theatre team in providing quality patient care and maintaining OT standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist doctors and nursing staff during OT procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgeries.
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and sterilization of OT instruments and equipment.
- Assist in shifting and positioning patients.
- Maintain OT hygiene, safety and infection control protocols.
- Ensure availability of surgical supplies and consumables.
- Support the nursing team in smooth day-to-day OT operations.

Qualification:

- Diploma in Ophthalmic Assistant (DOA) preferred.
- Candidates with relevant OT Assistant training may also apply.

Experience Required:

- 2–5 years of experience in an Operation Theatre / Hospital setting preferred.
