Position Summary The Nursing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing duty rosters, training of nurses and carers, supporting consultations and ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence, next of kin communication and run day-to-day office coordination. This role is central to maintaining compassionate, high quality care in a hybrid retirement facility with both active and assisted residents.

Manager ensures that nursing practices align with organizational values of dignity, wellness, and joyful living.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities

1. Patient Care & Clinical Oversight

· Ensure high quality resident care by developing nursing standards and protocols.

· Support the Nursing Manager in care delivery for assisted residents along with the wellness needs of active residents.

· Review and update records with individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and allied health professionals.

· Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding medical needs, treatment plans, and progress.

KPIs:

· Patient satisfaction scores.

· Accuracy and timeliness of care plan updates.

· Number of updated SOP’s.

2. Team Leadership & Staff Management

· Promote teamwork and collaboration across nursing and allied departments.

· Guide nursing care practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

· Oversee staff development through training, workshops, and continuous education to ensure professional growth and adherence to best practices.

KPIs:

· Staff retention and turnover rates.

· Training completion and certification rates.

· Employee engagement scores.

3. Administrative & Quality Management

· Manage staffing schedules, duty rosters, and resource allocation.

· Participate in conferences, training programs, and professional development initiatives.

· Regularly review nursing operations to identify areas for improvement in resident care and efficiency.





· Collaborate with Operations and HR to ensure accurate payroll and attendance records.

KPIs:

· Accuracy of duty rosters.

· Audit compliance scores.

· Operational efficiency metrics (e.g., reduced overtime, optimized staffing).

4. Compliance & Continuous Improvement

· Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and internal guidelines.

· Participate in audits, evaluations, and inspections.

· Develop improvement plans for nursing operations and resident care delivery.

KPIs:

· Regulatory compliance scores.

· Number of improvement initiatives implemented annually.

· Reduction in audit findings or compliance gaps.

5. Resident Experience & Engagement (Clinical Dimension)

· Partner with Resident Relations and Events teams to integrate health and wellness into daily activities.

· Support cultural, festival, and lifestyle programs by ensuring medical preparedness and nursing presence.

· Facilitate health education sessions for residents and families on preventive care, nutrition, and wellness.

KPIs:

· Resident participation in wellness programs.

· Number of health education sessions conducted.

· Family satisfaction scores regarding medical communication.

Qualifications & Skills

· Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare with a valid nursing license to practice in the state.

· At least 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in hospital or senior living settings.

· Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in healthcare.

· Robust communication, organizational, and decision making skills.

· Ability to lead teams while maintaining a patient centric approach to care.

Performance Review Cycle

· Monthly patient care audits.

· Quarterly staff performance reviews.

Annual evaluation against KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
