Description

• Assist the Medical Officer in conducting OPD services and health camps at designated habitations.

- Provide Antenatal Care (ANC), Post-Natal Care (PNC), and immunization-related services.
- Administer IFA supplementation, Tetanus Toxoid immunization, and other preventive services.
- Conduct screening for high-risk pregnancies and refer cases to higher facilities.
- Maintain nursing records, patient registers, and stock records for consumables.
- Assist in wound dressing, minor procedures,



and patient preparation for examination.
- Educate beneficiaries on health, hygiene, nutrition, and family planning.
- Coordinate with ASHAs, ANMs, and other health workers at the community level.
- Ensure biomedical waste management as per established protocols.
- Support data entry and reporting on the MMU portal for maternal and child health indicators.

Ensure NCD screening (cancer screening for women, anemia screening) and documentation.
