Role & responsibilities

1. To give medicine as per prescription in Morning and Evening
2. Monitoring temprature every day
3. To monitor BP once in a week
4. To report in WhatsApp GROUP (Medical)

5. To Monitor avaliablity of Medicine
6. To Order monthly requirement
7. Emergency requirement take approval order medicine
8. Maintain day to day report
9. Incase of illness report to doctor everyday morning. in case of emergency to take doctors consultation over phone

Preferred candidate profile We are looking for a Valuable professional Male/Female Nurse Shows Care, affection

Towards Children with Intellectual Disability and physically challenged

Commitment to "do no harm.

Empathetic,

Dignity, care To administer medications and treatments as per Physicians prescription.





Cleaning and dressing wounds, changing bandages if required

Knowledge of using stethoscopes, glucometers, thermometers

Pulse oximeters, blood pressure machine

Documenting Temperature, blood pressure, Oxygen level concentration

Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as per requirement.

To accompany children while taking them to hospital

Critical thinking and problem solving
