We are looking for skilled CNC Setters and NPD Engineers with hands-on experience in multi-axis CNC machining, new product development, process planning, and machining optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and prove out machining processes for new components and sub-assemblies.
- Handle 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, and multi-axis CNC machining centres, including Milling, Turning, TurnMill / MillTurn machines.
- Work across multiple CNC controller platforms, including Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and Heidenhain.
- Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, GD&T; requirements, and technical specifications.
- Develop machining sequences, cutting tool strategies, fixtures, and workholding arrangements.
- Perform CNC program prove-outs, tool offset adjustments, and machining parameter optimisation.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Improve cycle time, tool life, setup efficiency, and machining productivity.
- Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams during new product introduction.

Skills & Competencies

- Hands-on experience in CNC setting, machining, and process development.
- Exposure to multiple CNC machine types,



machining configurations, and controller platforms.
- Good knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, and/or Heidenhain controls.
- Understanding of CNC programming, tooling, fixtures, engineering drawings, and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and precision measuring instruments.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

- ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience: 2–15 years, depending on the role and technical expertise.
- Experience in aerospace, automotive, medical, or precision manufacturing preferred.
