Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for NPD Nylon candidate only immediate joiner and who worked on Metal, tube bending.

- Manage new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of new products into existing processes.

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for NPD initiatives.

- Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 13-20 years of experience in Recent Product Development (NPD) management or related field.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., B.Tech Computers).

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints.

- Strong understanding of metal cutting techniques, tube bending processes, rubber molding technologies, nylon extrusion methods.
