About the Opportunity

We are conducting a recruitment drive in Guwahati, Assam, for enthusiastic candidates interested in building a career in the international customer service industry.

Selected candidates will work in a professional, multicultural and supportive environment, assisting international customers through live chat and other digital communication channels.

Important: Relocation to Ahmedabad, Gujarat, is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat and digital platforms.

- Resolve customer concerns with accuracy and professionalism.

- Manage multiple customer conversations while maintaining service quality.

- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective written communication.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification:



10 2 / Diploma / Graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory).

- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

- Must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts.
