Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various Non-IT positions across the United States.

The recruiter will work with multiple industries and handle end-to-end recruitment activities, excluding IT and technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various Non-IT positions across the United States.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice (where relevant), and other recruitment platforms.

Recruit candidates across multiple industries, including:

Healthcare

Banking & Finance

Accounting

Manufacturing

Construction

Logistics & Supply Chain

Retail & Sales

Hospitality

Education

Human Resources

Administration

Customer Service

Engineering (Non-IT roles)

Legal and Insurance

Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.





Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably US staffing.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of US recruitment processes and job markets.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.

Ability to understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates.

Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience handling multiple Non-IT requirements simultaneously.

Knowledge of US employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Familiarity with ATS and recruitment management tools.

Experience recruiting candidates across different US states.
