Willware is looking for a Nokia Mediation Engineer to support reliable collection, processing, reconciliation, and delivery of telecom usage records to Billing, Roaming, Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, and other downstream systems.

Key responsibilities

- Administer and support Nokia Mediation, including MDC/Mediation components
- Monitor mediation workflows, collection jobs, file processing, and record delivery
- Troubleshoot missing or duplicate records, processing failures, and billing impacts
- Manage production incidents, changes, releases, and root cause analysis
- Support platform health checks, performance tuning, capacity planning, and upgrades
- Coordinate with Network, Billing, Roaming, and Application Support teams

Required skills

- 4+ years in telecom mediation or production support
- Hands-on Nokia Mediation / MDC experience
- Linux/Unix and Bash or KornShell scripting
- SQL with Oracle or PostgreSQL
- SFTP/FTP and telecom usage records, including CDR/EDR and roaming flows
- Familiarity with TAP, NRTRDE, ITIL, and production log analysis
