Role: L2 Techno-Functional Support

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Robust experience in supporting Newgen Product Suite – iBPS/OmniApp, OmniDocs, OmniScan 5.0, Classificator and BAM .
- Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and Core Java .
- Experience in DMS application support, troubleshooting, bug fixes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) .
- Experience in business rule customization, JSP files, JAR files and procedures .
- Experience in BAM reporting and resolving report-related issues .
- Hands-on experience in Change Request (CR) deployment in UAT and Production environments .
- Coordination with Infrastructure and Security teams for VA patching, OS and DB patching .
- Strong Client Management, Vendor Management and Project Management skills.
- Experience providing L2 Technical Support to branches and RPUs .
- Experience in leading a team of 5+ members .

Qualification: BSc IT / BE / B.Tech / BCA (IT/Computer Science)
