Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop recent products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new product designs using CAD software (Creo) and other tools.
- Conduct APQP activities, PFMEA development, control plan implementation, DFMEA analysis, and PPAP documentation for current products.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing engineering standards by developing molds for rubber molding processes.
- Participate in research and development projects to improve existing products or introduce new ones.
- Timely compiled the PTDB Data.
- Handing over document to production which Parts convert in business.
- Maintain documents as per define retention period.
