We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Neuro Technologist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in performing neurodiagnostic procedures and assisting neurologists in patient diagnosis and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform EEG (Electroencephalography) procedures and ensure accurate recordings.
- Conduct NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity) and EMG (Electromyography) studies.
- Assist in evoked potential studies such as VEP, SSEP and BERA, as applicable.
- Prepare patients for neurodiagnostic procedures and explain the process.
- Ensure proper functioning, calibration and maintenance of neurodiagnostic equipment.
- Maintain accurate patient records and investigation reports.
- Follow infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with neurologists and other clinical staff.
- Ensure quality standards and timely completion of investigations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Neurology / Neurodiagnostic department.
- Hands-on experience in EEG and other neurodiagnostic procedures.
- Valuable knowledge of neurodiagnostic equipment and troubleshooting.
- Strong patient-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency cases when required.
