ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Network Support Executive in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a full-time permanent on-site role. You will be responsible for comprehensive monitoring of network performance, advanced troubleshooting of connectivity issues, providing expert assistance to users, and coordinating with IT teams to ensure maximum network uptime and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Continuously monitor network connectivity and performance metrics using advanced network management tools to ensure optimal operations.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex LAN, Wi-Fi, and WAN issues utilizing packet analyzers and diagnostic software to minimize downtime.
3. Provide expert-level support to users with intricate connectivity problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
4. Escalate critical infrastructure issues to higher-level support and follow up rigorously for swift resolution.
5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics, and prepare analytical reports for management.

Collaborate with IT teams to implement strategies for improving network reliability, security, and scalability.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Robust knowledge of networking fundamentals, protocols, and advanced network architectures.
2. In-depth understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and network topologies.
3. Extensive IT support experience in network-focused roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale network environments.
4. CCNA or equivalent certification, with a preference for CCNP or higher-level certifications.
5. Advanced network troubleshooting skills, including proficiency with diagnostic and monitoring tools such as Wireshark and SolarWinds.
6. Experience with configuring and managing firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP, along with a solid understanding of network security principles.
