Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Engineer role based in Mengio.

The Network

Engineer will design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable network infrastructure to support WeAddo’s Unified Experience Platform and internal operations.

Responsibilities include configuring and monitoring routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs; managing LAN/WAN connectivity; and ensuring network performance, availability, and security. The role involves troubleshooting network issues, performing root-cause analysis, maintaining documentation of network architecture and procedures, and collaborating with security, DevOps, and product teams to support new deployments and integrations.

Engineer will also assist with capacity planning, disaster recovery, and continuous improvement of network standards and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of network design and administration, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, and switching.
- Hands-on experience with common networking hardware and technologies such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN solutions.
- Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools to analyze performance, identify issues, and optimize reliability.
- Understanding of network security principles, including segmentation, access control, encryption, and compliance best practices.
- Experience with cloud or hybrid network environments and integrations between on-premise and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Ability to create and maintain clear documentation for network architecture, configurations, standards, and incident resolutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced workplace.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Network+, or equivalent experience are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
