Recommended responsibilities

Network Infrastructure

Installation and configuration of L2/L3 switches.

VLAN, trunk, STP, DHCP, IP addressing and basic routing.

Troubleshooting LAN/WAN connectivity.

Cisco, Huawei, MikroTik, Aruba/other vendor experience is desirable.

CCTV & Surveillance

Installation and configuration of IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR and PoE switches.

Camera commissioning, IP assignment, storage and remote-viewing configuration.

Troubleshoot camera, NVR, PoE and network-related issues.

Coordinate with CCTV vendors and installation teams.

Wi-Fi / Access Points

Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Access Points.

SSID, VLAN, authentication and basic RF optimization.

Site surveys and AP placement coordination.

SD-WAN Deployment

Install and commission SD-WAN devices at customer locations.

Perform CPE installation, basic configuration and connectivity testing.

Coordinate with the central NOC/team for provisioning and troubleshooting.

Handle SD-WAN rollout and customer-site implementation.

Vendor & Site Coordination

Coordinate with CCTV, networking, ISP,



SD-WAN and hardware vendors.

Schedule installations and ensure work is completed within timelines.

Visit customer/branch/office sites when required.

Maintain installation reports, device inventory and documentation.

Suggested experience

25 years of practical field/networking experience would be appropriate.

The candidate should be comfortable physically installing equipment and also configuring/troubleshooting it, rather than being limited to a NOC-only role.
