Skills

- Respond to calls assigned.
- Monitor and Manage link termination devices and co-ordinate with ISP/Telcos for bandwidth or link management.
- Remotely manage end point device & rectify problem.
- User NMS tool to rectify problem.
- Translate Service desk Executive for OEM/Vendor co-ordination for spare or warranty support.
- Work closely with Network Services Team.

Specific hardware knowledge for problem isolation and remote resolution, Router and switch Installation and configuration, Basic troubleshooting of Network devices and end user connectivity, VLAN creation and configuration, Firewall policy creation and configuration, IP based KVM knowledge, VC setup etc, Network Link monitoring and problem isolation, Network Management or similar tools alert monitoring and problem identification, tracking and follow up.

Pay: Up to ₹350,000.00 per year
