Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a NestJS Developer at PPStack. The NestJS Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs using NestJS and TypeScript, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.

Daily responsibilities include implementing new features, integrating third-party services, writing clean and testable code, and collaborating with front-end developers, product teams, and designers to deliver EdTech and career-focused solutions. The role involves participating in code reviews, optimizing existing services,



troubleshooting and resolving production issues, and contributing to architectural decisions and technical documentation. The NestJS Developer will work closely with cross-functional teams to support AI-powered learning platforms, e-learning solutions, and other digital products within PPStack’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Server-side development skills, including strong experience with NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Backend architecture and API design skills, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration with third-party services.
- Database and data management skills, such as working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), ORMs, and query optimization.
- Testing and quality assurance skills, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks and practices.
- Security, performance, and scalability skills, including authentication/authorization, secure coding practices, performance tuning, and monitoring.
- Collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and participate in agile workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
- Background in EdTech, e-learning platforms, or data-driven applications is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
