Role & responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Validate CRM modules including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Cases, and Workflows.
- Execute manual and automated test cases, identify defects, and track issues through closure.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
- Conduct API, UI, and end-to-end testing to verify seamless integration with external systems.
- Prepare test reports, maintain test documentation, and support UAT and production releases.
