About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical finance professional to support Financial

Planning &

- Analysis (FP&A;) activities across Retail, Manufacturing, and E-commerce business verticals. The role involves financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, MIS reporting, and providing actionable business insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning &
- Budgeting

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans across business verticals.

○
- Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and identify key variances.

○
- Support financial planning activities for Retail, Manufacturing, and E-commerce operations.

- MIS &
- Management Reporting

○
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and departmental heads.

○
- Consolidate financial and operational data from various departments and business units.

○
- Develop financial dashboards, performance summaries, and managemen reports.

- Financial &
- Business Performance Analysis

○
- Analyse revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and other key financial performance indicators.

○
- Identify trends, deviations, cost inefficiencies, and opportunities for business improvement.

○
- Provide analytical insights to support business decisions and improve financial performance.

- Cost &
- Profitability Analysis

○
- Support cost analysis and profitability assessment across different business verticals.

○
- Analyse manufacturing costs, operational expenses, product margins, and business-wise profitability.

○
- Assist in identifying cost optimisation opportunities and improving operational efficiency.

- Data Management &
- Reporting Automation

○
- Collect, validate,



and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources.

○
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial information.

○
- Support automation of MIS reports and development of data visualisation dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

○
- Work towards improving reporting processes and financial data management systems.

- Cross-functional Coordination

○
- Coordinate with Retail, Manufacturing, E-commerce, Finance, and other departments to obtain relevant business and financial data.

○
- Support business reviews and financial performance discussions with management.

○
- Ensure timely availability of accurate financial information for decision-making.

- Compliance &
- Process Improvement

○
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, company policies, and reporting standards.

○
- Support continuous improvement of financial reporting processes and systems.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with approximately 1 year of relevant experience in FP&A;, Financial Analysis, or Management Reporting.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, and

forecasting.
- Good knowledge of financial modelling, variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability assessment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
- Familiarity with ERP/MIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar platforms.
- Robust analytical thinking, numerical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate financial information into meaningful business insights.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Exposure to SQL, data automation, or financial dashboard development will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry Exposure Experience in any of the following sectors will be an advantage:
