Minimum Qualification - Graduate
Second‑line specialist handling escalated incidents, performing root‑cause analysis, implementing fixes, and coordinating with development and vendors.
· Investigate complex incidents; perform log analysis and thread dumps.
· Apply patches, tune JVMs, manage clustering and failover, and implement changes.
· Create/maintain runbooks and automate repetitive tasks.
· Coordinate with DB, network, and application teams; manage vendor escalations.
· Advanced middleware (WebLogic/JBoss), JVM tuning, APM tools, scripting (Python/Bash).
· Experience with configuration management, and incident RCA.
· Communicate status to stakeholders and escalate per matrix.
· Familiarity with monitoring and ITSM tools; valuable communication.
· Monitor alerts and dashboards; acknowledge incidents.
