Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Millwork Drafter with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the joinery, cabinetry, or woodworking industry. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of millwork drawings, technical detailing, shop drawings, and manufacturing requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed drawings based on client requirements, ensuring that designs meet project specifications and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed millwork and joinery shop drawings based on architectural drawings, design concepts, and client specifications.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings for cabinets, wardrobes, kitchens, vanities, wall panels, and other custom millwork components.
- Prepare detailed elevations, sections, plans, and construction details.
- Understand materials, hardware, joinery methods, and woodworking techniques.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and suitable for manufacturing and installation.
- Interpret architectural drawings, sketches, markups, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify technical requirements and resolve design-related queries.
- Incorporate client feedback, revisions,



and drawing updates within project timelines.
- Follow client-specific drafting standards, processes, and quality requirements.
- Perform self-checks to ensure drawing accuracy before submission.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in millwork, joinery, cabinetry, or woodworking drafting.
- Good knowledge of woodworking materials, construction methods, and joinery details.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant CAD software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Exposure to intelligent CAD tools and automated design solutions.
- Knowledge of Cabinet Vision, Microvellum, 2020 Design, Mozaik, or similar software.
- Understanding of CNC-ready drawings and manufacturing workflows.
- Experience in custom cabinetry and architectural millwork projects.
