Job Role & Responsibilities

Role: Process and fixture design approval for 2 wh frames/Suspension parts

Responsibilities:

Vertical Responsibilities: Coordination of development for the group

Horizontal Responsibilities:

Process design, DFM study and resolution with R&D;, Fixtures DAP approvals for the role

Competency Requirements

Technical/ Functional:

Knowledge of drawing study for frame, Suspension parts , designing of manufacturing process for frames, swing arms, Mig welding,



fixture DAP approvals. 3D software hands on knowledge (Solid edge, Solid works, Unigraphics etc)

Behavioral

Confident, Young, dynamic, intelligent and good team player. Positive communication skills for technical DFM resolution with R&D; counter parts, Vendor counter parts

Specific expertise required for functional area:

Drawing study and process design, fixture concept and design approval- Frame, Suspension parts, Welding process knowledge (MIG & SPOT),Tryout/proving of Robotic welding line.
