Role Description This is a full time, on-site Meta Ads Manager role based in Eluru.

The Meta Ads

Manager will plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance targets. Daily responsibilities include audience research, ad copy and creative coordination, budget allocation, bid optimization, and monitoring campaign performance using Meta’s Ads Manager and related tools. The role involves preparing regular performance reports, analyzing data to identify insights, and making recommendations to improve ROI.

Manager will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams, communicate results to stakeholders,



and manage timelines and deliverables for multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, presenting campaign results, and maintaining clear client interactions.
- Sales and marketing skills to understand client goals, support lead generation and conversion efforts, and align ad strategies with broader business objectives.
- Advertising expertise, including hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, campaign setup, targeting, creative testing, and performance optimization.
- Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns, manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure delivery within agreed budgets and scope.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting campaign metrics, using dashboards and reports, and making data-backed decisions.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as funnels, remarketing, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Ability to work on-site in Eluru and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience managing paid social media campaigns, especially on Meta platforms, is strongly preferred.
