Nevrio Technology builds software products and custom apps for businesses in India and abroad. Our products include Vawk CRM, a lead management CRM that brings leads from Meta, Instagram, WhatsApp and Google into one place, and Vawk, our AI voice calling platform that answers and makes calls in Hindi, English, Hinglish and other Indian languages.

Role Overview

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer who is also interested in building AI features. You will work on Vawk CRM and help us build AI chatbot replies and AI voice agent integrations. If you enjoy working with LLMs, WhatsApp and real-time voice, and also like shipping solid full-stack features, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain features in Vawk CRM using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js
- Build AI chatbot flows that reply to leads on WhatsApp and other channels using LLM APIs
- Work on AI voice agent features: connecting speech-to-text, LLM and text-to-speech, and handling call events and call logs inside the CRM
- Integrate the Vawk voice agent with the CRM so call outcomes, summaries and lead status update automatically
- Work with WhatsApp Business Cloud API, Meta Lead Ads, webhooks and third-party APIs
- Build AI-based features such as lead qualification, auto-assignment to team members and next-action suggestions
- Write and improve prompts, handle conversation memory and reduce wrong or unsafe replies
- Design REST APIs, database schemas and background jobs that stay fast as data grows
- Fix bugs,



write clean code and take part in code reviews
- Deploy and support the application on cloud servers

Required Skills

- Good hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js and MongoDB
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and webhooks
- Understanding of authentication and role-based access
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub
- Basic knowledge of deployment, Nginx and PM2
- Interest in AI, and some experience integrating an LLM API (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar) in a project

Good to Have

- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or other chat platform integrations
- Experience with voice AI: speech-to-text, text-to-speech, telephony (Twilio, Exotel, Plivo or similar), WebSockets and low-latency streaming
- Knowledge of prompt writing, RAG, embeddings and vector databases
- Experience with queues (BullMQ, Redis) and real-time features (Socket.io)
- Multi-tenant (workspace-based) application experience
- TypeScript or Next.js
- Experience building CRMs, admin dashboards or SaaS products

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- A GitHub profile, portfolio or live project, especially any AI chatbot or voice project you have built
