Job Title: MEP QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP QA/QC Engineer to oversee the quality assurance and quality control of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems across our project site. The successful candidate will ensure that all MEP installations, material submittals, testing, and commissioning activities comply with approved project specifications, codes, and ISO quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Quality Inspection & In office Surveillance

- Perform incoming material inspections (MIRs) to verify that all MEP materials delivered to the site conform to approved technical submittals, datasheets, and sample approvals. Scribd
- Conduct site inspections (Work Inspection Requests - WIRs) for HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical panels, containment, low-voltage (LV), and firefighting installations. Scribd

2. Testing & Commissioning (T&C;) Supervision

- Witness and certify site tests including hydrostatic pressure testing, duct leakage testing, insulation resistance, cable continuity, loop checks, and TAB (Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing) of HVAC systems. Scribd

3. Non-Conformance & Corrective Action (CAPA)

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Civil & Building Construction

Certifications (Preferred):
