- Ensure compliance with safety rules, regulations, and company policies at construction sites.
- Monitor and supervise MEP activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by workers.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project managers for smooth execution of MEP works.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
- Prepare and maintain safety inspection reports, checklists, and incident records.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness training for workers.
- Ensure proper implementation of work permits for high-risk activities, including work at height, hot work, and confined space work.
- Monitor housekeeping, material storage,



and secure working conditions at the site.
- Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe practices to the concerned authorities.
- Coordinate with the MEP team to ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements and emergency preparedness procedures.
- Follow up on safety observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain safety documentation and MEP-related inspection records.

Experience: 3–5 years in construction, MEP, Safety & quality management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
