Job Summary:-

We are looking for a skilled MEP Design Coordinator responsible for coordinating architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, clubhouse interior, and allied works. The candidate should have good technical knowledge, expertise in AutoCAD drafting, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of design and drawing deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with consultants for Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Clubhouse Interior, and allied works.
- Review and coordinate design drawings to ensure proper integration of all services.
- Ensure basic compliance with local and national authority norms and regulations.




- Coordinate structural and spatial planning requirements for MEP services.
- Review and coordinate Tender and GFC (Positive for Construction) drawing sets.
- Coordinate with vendors for shop drawings related to specialised works.
- Manage inter-departmental and intra-departmental coordination for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely review, preparation, and submission of drawings.
- Maintain clear communication with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.

Education

- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical
- PG: M.Tech in Mechanical, PG Diploma in Mechanical
