SPACE CONSULTING (CHENNAI, INDIA OFFICE)

Space Consulting is a Sydney based building services engineering consultancy, established two years ago, delivering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire design solutions across residential, commercial, education and health projects. As part of our growing global operations, this position is based full-time in our Chennai, India office, working closely with our Australian team.

Key responsibilities

- Drafting three dimensional mechanical services models in Revit for building services projects.
- Coordinating and sharing models and drawings with the Sydney project team through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Producing mechanical design drawings and documentation from those models.
- Undertaking services coordination.
- Preparing equipment schedules.
- Preparing drawings in AutoCAD where required.
- Keeping drawings accurate, compliant and issued on time.

Skills and qualifications

- Proven ability to model mechanical services in Revit. This is a core requirement.




- 5 to 7 years' experience working with Revit on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is highly regarded.
- A relevant qualification in drafting or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working on large or medium-sized building services projects.
