Role & responsibilities

1. Assemble mechanical rack structures, panels, shelves, and mounting accessories.

2. Install cable ducts, DIN rails, and other rack components.

3. Perform cable routing, dressing, crimping, ferruling, and termination.

4. Follow mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and BOM specifications.

5. Ensure proper alignment, fastening, and cable management.

6. Conduct mechanical and wiring inspections.

7. Support continuity checks and quality testing.

8. Maintain tools, equipment, and workplace cleanliness.

9. Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments.

10. Complete assigned activities within the production target.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in mechanical rack assembly, electrical panel assembly, control panel wiring, or equipment cabinet assembly.

- Experience in industrial equipment, automation panels, electrical enclosures, or telecom/server racks is an advantage.

- Fresh ITI candidates with relevant practical knowledge may also be considered.
