Roles and Responsibilities

- Perform breakdown maintenance, CNC machine maintenance, electrical works, and utility maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operations.

- Conduct quality engineering activities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

- Troubleshoot issues with machines, equipment, and systems using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

- Collaborate with production engineering teams to optimize production processes and reduce downtime.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work workplace.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related field (CNC maintenance, electrical engineering).

- Diploma or BE degree in relevant specialization (e.g., ITI Electrical).

- Strong understanding of industrial automation principles, including PLC programming languages like VMC machine operation.

- Proficiency in performing routine maintenance tasks such as oil change, filter replacement, etc.
