Key Skills & Requirements:

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in the cement industry.
- Robust technical knowledge of Vertical Roller Mills (VRM) and their operation.
- Hands-on experience and sound understanding of cement packing plants.
- Ability to handle mechanical project activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Good understanding of cement plant equipment, mechanical systems, and project requirements.
