We are looking for an experienced Proprietary Trader with strong hands-on experience in MCX trading and specialized strategy execution.

The ideal candidate must have previous practical experience executing the following strategies in live markets:

1. Butterfly Strategy (Stocks)
2. Mega vs Mini Strategy
3. Stock CR Strategy
4. Stock Butterfly Strategy

We are specifically looking for candidates who have previously worked on these strategies & understand their practical execution, market behaviour, position management & associated risks. This is not a fresher, trainee or theoretical trading position. Candidates without previous hands-on experience in the specified strategies should not apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Proprietary Trading & Execution: Execute proprietary trading strategies in MCX markets using the firm's approved trading framework, allocated capital and defined risk parameters.
2. Advanced Strategy Execution: Independently execute and manage Butterfly, Mega vs Mini, Stock CR & Stock Butterfly strategies based on market conditions & approved trading parameters.
3. Market Research & Analysis: Analyse commodity markets, price movements, volatility, spreads, liquidity & market trends to identify potential trading opportunities.
4. Multi-Leg Trade Structuring: Identify suitable entry & exit opportunities, structure multi-leg positions, manage spreads & maintain execution accuracy.
5. Capital Allocation & Utilization: Effectively manage allocated trading capital, margin utilization, position sizing and exposure within approved limits.
6. Risk Management & Control: Monitor position-level exposure, drawdowns, adverse price movements & market risks while adhering to prescribed risk-management guidelines.
7. Live Position Monitoring: Monitor active trades and market movements continuously and take appropriate action within the assigned trading authority.
8. Strategy Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate strategy-wise profitability, execution efficiency, consistency, risk-adjusted returns & overall performance.
9. P&L; Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily trades, realized and unrealized P&L;, transaction costs, margins & trading performance.
10. Strategy Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve existing strategies through market analysis,



performance evaluation & disciplined execution.
11. Trading Compliance & Operations: Follow applicable exchange regulations, internal trading policies, dealing procedures & operational controls.
12. Trading Desk Coordination: Coordinate with trading, risk management and operations teams to ensure efficient execution, monitoring and reporting.

Mandatory Experience & Eligibility

- Minimum 3 years of overall trading experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on MCX trading experience.
- Previous practical experience in the specified trading strategies is mandatory.
- Experience working in a proprietary trading desk.
- Strong understanding of commodity derivatives & market behaviour.
- Practical knowledge of multi-leg strategies, spreads, hedging & position management.
- Good understanding of margin utilization, capital allocation and risk management.
- Ability to independently execute & manage trading positions within approved limits.
- MCX Certification is mandatory.

Strategy Experience Requirement: Candidates must have previously executed the specified strategies in live trading environments. Theoretical knowledge or basic familiarity will not be considered sufficient.

Mention the following for every strategy:

1. Duration of experience (months/years).
2. Previous organisation or trading desk.
3. Period during which the strategy was executed.
4. Nature of involvement – independent execution, monitoring or assisted execution.
5. Practical understanding and experience in live market execution.
6. Strategy performance, wherever available, including returns (%), win rate (%) and maximum drawdown (%).

Candidates must provide accurate and verifiable information. Confidential information belonging to previous employers should not be disclosed.

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must clearly mention their academic qualifications with percentages or CGPA.

- Class 10th – Board,



passing year and percentage (%).
- Class 12th – Board, passing year and percentage (%).
- Graduation – Degree, University/College, passing year and percentage (%) or CGPA.
- Post-Graduation – Degree, University/College, passing year and percentage (%) or CGPA, if applicable.
- Professional certifications and relevant financial-market qualifications.

Incomplete educational details without percentages/CGPA may affect shortlisting.

- Previous company/organisation names.
- Designation held.
- Employment start and end dates.
- Total professional experience.
- Total trading experience.
- Total MCX trading experience.
- Proprietary trading desk experience, if applicable.
- Key responsibilities and trading strategies handled.

Interview & Selection Process STRICTLY OFFLINE INTERVIEW – NO ONLINE INTERVIEWS.

The selection process will include:

1. Resume screening and experience verification.
2. Face-to-face technical interview at our Noida, Sector 63 office.
3. Strategy-specific technical assessment.
4. Practical evaluation of trade structuring and execution.
5. Assessment of market understanding, position sizing & risk management.
6. Discussion of previous trading experience and strategy performance.

Candidates must be prepared to explain their actual experience with the specified strategies. Compensation & Benefits

- Starting salary: 30,000+ per month.
